Pricing for all events are negotiated individually in an effort to produce both professional and independent content. We would like our hosts to look at their event as an opportunity as opposed to an expense. We have supported art shows, theater and performance art, seminars, benefits, concerts, private parties, and community meetings. We no longer host weddings at our space. Below are some guidelines for information we need to price out a rental:
-When is the event and what are the hours?
-How many people are expected?
-What will be the impact? (size and scope, setup requirements, noise, etc.)
-What food and beverages will be consumed?
-What is the event for? (public, private, commercial, or nonprofit)
Based on these factors, rental pricing has a wide range. Special considerations have been made for nonprofits, and interested organizations should schedule an appointment to propose their event.
Tables and chairs to accommodate 200 people are available. Equipment, infrastructure, and staff are negotiated separately. We rent audio visual equipment found on our equipment page. Options range from a basic stereo PA to a 12-32 channel live mixing setup with backline and an engineer at reasonable rates. All events require a refundable deposit to secure the booking and to cover any minor damage to the space and equipment.
